Add new Scenery Process

1. Decide on Posted name
2. Make sure you have 
	Thumbnail Pic
	Large Pic
	Map
	ReadMe First (updated)
3. Set up internal folder to standardized
4. Put "location" into the Scenery Page
      	Location Name, Author, Date
	Checkmark for REFRESH 2019
	Put Readme Information in location table
	Link folder to zip
	Link map to zip
5. Make "version.txt" from Header
6. Set up Maintenance Log for the scenery	
7. Upload (put) updated scenery page and upload folder
8. Check "large pic" link to thumbnail
9. Check zip comes down ok
10. Check Map shows OK
11. Add key points to "here2there table"
12. Have Norm add flight plan to RTMM Flight Plans.zip
13. Add location to Maintenance Page List (season or non)
14. Put up NOTAM on forum and "NOTAMs" Web Page
